Products Introduction of Metal Mesh Corrugated Packing
Metal structured packing typically consists of metallic wires and corrugated metallic sheets, which at uniform geometry arranged and neatly piled in the tower. It is widely used in the reactors in fine chemical industry, petrochemical industry, and fertilizer industry as mass transfer media and often used in difficult separation and the vacuum distillation of heat content, atmospheric distillation and absorption process.
Main features
The corrugated plate of the packing is punched with many small holes about f5mm, which can coarsely distribute the liquid on the plate and strengthen the horizontal mixing. The corrugated plates are rolled into small grooves, which can finely distribute the liquid on the plates and enhance the surface wetting performance. The metal orifice corrugated packing has high strength and strong corrosion resistance, which is especially suitable for large diameter towers and occasions with heavy gas and liquid loads.
Application range
1. Rectifying organic halide.
2. Rectifying and absorbing some corrosive mixtures, which are definitely regulated in pressure drop and theoretic plate number.
3. Applied in some towers that contain a large quantity of natural media used to absorb acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, as well as for purifying theair in chemical plants.
4. Operating in vacuum conditions at a bottom absolute pressure of 100pa.
5. Used in heat exchanger and demisting, or as a catalyst carry.

Pall ring is a open-hole ring packing,which high and diameter is the same and with 5 ligules toward inside at every floor. Usually the open surface is 30% of the whole wall surface, this character helps the liguid & gas pass in packing tower pass freely from the windows of the rings.
Metal Pall Ring has features such as thin wall, heat resistant, high free volume, high capacity, low resistance, high separation efficiencyand so on. It is especially suitable for rectification towers under vacuum to treat thermo sensitive, decomposable, polymerizable or cokable systems, so it is widely used in packing towers in petrochemical industry, chemical fertilizer industry and environmental protection, etc.
