In factory, we are always trying to understand our customer's requirements and so better satisfiy them. In this case, it is a new-designed plate mist eliminator in 2205 material. For easier handling and installation in the working place, a metal plate bracket is added. The point is on both top and bottom sides, some regular drain holes are perforated. They can either be used to fasten the mist eliminator or to drain the liquid droplet captured. Also the mist eliminator can assure a good performance either installed upward or downward.

The design of the demister should fully consider the influence of the section design of the plates, the distance between the plates, the arrangement of the plates, the design of the flushing system and the selection of the nozzles on the operation of the demister.
The whole system of the demister should have a strong adaptability to the operating conditions such as the inclusions flowing through the medium, turbid liquid, the content of solid particles and the pressure of the flushing nozzle, that is, it should still have a good demisting effect when the operating conditions and parameters change, and each guarantee value does not change.

3. vane pack mist eliminator application,
The plate demister is widely used to separate entrained liquid droplets from gas stream, in which the liquid droplets are 8 μm or larger. When the gas stream passes through the vane pack demister and change direction, the liquid droplets are unable to change direction as quick as the gas due to their momentum. So the liquid droplets impact on the blade and then coalesce and form large droplets until drain away.
In the special environment, where there is some small solid particles, vane pack mist eliminator is the better choice for liquid and gas separator than the wire mesh demister.
