1. Hualai factory provides quality guarantee for all materials and parts of vane pack mist eliminator.
The chemical composition, mechanical properties and internal quality of the materials used must comply with the provisions of the drawings and technical documents, and the corrosion resistance shall be fully considered.
The factory shall provide quality documents and technical documents related to quality assurance at the same time of delivery. These documents include at least:
Product inspection certificate;
Material test certificate of main parts and components;
Material test report of main parts and components;
The results of the experiments were analyzed;
Quality control plan;
Quality inspection plan;
Installation, use and maintenance manual;

3. How Hualai vane pack mist eliminator works?
When the gas containing the mist flows through the vane pack demister at a certain speed, due to the inertial impact of the gas, the mist and the wave plate collide and are attached to the wave plate surface. The diffusion of the mist on the surface of the corrugated plate and the gravity settlement of the mist cause the mist to form large droplets and move forward with the air flow to the turning of the corrugated plate. Because of the centrifugal force of the steering and its friction with the corrugated plate, the adsorption and the surface tension of the liquid, the droplets become larger and larger until the concentrated droplets are dragged by big enough gravity generated by themselves, which exceeds the lifting force of the gas and the surface tension of the liquid. When the force is applied, the droplets are separated from the surface of the vane plate. The multi fold structure of the wave plate of the mist eliminator increases the chance of catching and gathering the mist, and the uneliminated mist will catch and gather at the next turn through the same function, so it will work repeatedly, thus greatly improving the efficiency of mist eliminator. After the gas passes through the wave plate demister, there is basically no mist.
