WOJUN Structured Packing is a high efficiency, corrugated-type packing constructed with a wire gauze material.

This product is typically used for fine chemical distillation.Its applications is often vacuum distillations where the liquid rates are extremely low and minimizing pressure drop is critical.

The closely woven wires spread the low liquid flow through capillary action.

This arrangement of corrugated gauze material provides the best value when measured on the basis of pressure drop per theoretical stage.

Perforated plate structured packing is made of various materials of metal plate. The plate are perforated to form a series of 5 mm holes and then corrugated.

This design make the liquid evenly distributed. Additional, it can the improve the surface wettability of structured packing.

The perforated plate structured packing has high strength and excellent corrosion and rust resistance performance to be used in the large diameter towers and high liquid loading applications.

It is formed from vertical sheets of corrugated metal with the angle of the corrugation reversed in adjacent sheets to form an open structure with inclined flow channel.

Its structure can not only change the distribution of liquid, but also increase the transfer efficiency.

Metal pall ring has better corrosion and rust resistance to be used in the extremely harsh environments.

Metal pall ring is mainly made of carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and other materials.

Stainless steel pall ring is the most popular and widely used type because of the best corrosion resistance and chemical stability performance.

there are two layer of windows on the cylinder wall. And each layer has five ligules, which is punched and bending inward the axe of ring.

The Pall Ring is characterized by having the same height as its diameter.
