   The liquid distributor can be divided into gravity type and pressure type according to the liquid outlet driving force, and can be divided into groove type, pipe type, jet type, disc type, etc. according to the structure.
   The liquid distributor is arranged at the upper end of the packing, which evenly distributes the reflux liquid and liquid phase feeding to the surface of the packing toform the initial distribution of the liquid.
   In the operation of packed tower, the initial distribution of liquid has the greatest impact on the performance of packed tower, so  the liquid distributor is the most important internals of packed tower.

Its main function is to evenly distribute the liquid to the packing layer in the tower equipment such as the packing tower, rectification tower, and absorption tower to optimize the mass transfer process between the gas and the liquid.
Structure and principle:
  A slot distributor usually consists of a series of parallel slots, which can be straight or curved to suit different tower geometries. After the liquid enters the distributor from the inlet, it is directed into these tanks, flowing out evenly through the edge or bottom orifice of the tank, covering the entire column section. The trough distributor is designed to ensure optimal liquid distribution before entering the packing layer to improve mass transfer efficiency and operational stability. 

  Pipe distributors are devices used in the chemical, petroleum, environmental, and related industries for the uniform distribution of liquids or gases. Through a series of pipeline systems, they evenly disperse fluids across the cross-section of towers, reactors, or other containers, optimizing contact between the fluid and packing materials, catalysts, or other media, thus enhancing mass transfer and heat transfer efficiency. and uneven fluid distribution.

Structure and Principle
  The Trough-and-Tray Distributor mainly consists of two parts:
  Dividing Troughs (Main Troughs): Also known as primary troughs or master troughs, they are responsible for the initial distribution of liquids. Liquids enter the main troughs from the inlet and are evenly divided into multiple streams through holes or overflow openings at the bottom of the troughs.
